Introducing New Faculty for the 2010-11 School Year

Dr. John Williams III

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Williams to the Bible Department of Trinity Baptist College. He brings practical, local church ministry experience to his teaching. Dr. Williams' undergraduate degree is in music from Jacksonville University. He holds a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Philosophy in Church History from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Williams' research covers a variety of disciplines, including history, music, and theology. He strives to use every resource at his disposal to help students and believers deepen their walk with God.

Dr. Mark Crawford

Dr. Crawford joins the Music Department at Trinity Baptist College with twenty-two years of collegiate classroom experience in undergraduate through graduate and seminary levels. In addition to undergraduate and graduate degrees in music, he holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Piano Pedagogy from the University of South Carolina. Dr. Crawford is an exceptional pianist, arranger and master teacher. He is a member of the Music Teachers National Association. He has experience as a church pianist in both small and large churches and has been featured as a performer on national television.

Mrs. Bethany Crawford

For over twenty years, Mrs. Crawford has instilled, in both graduate and undergraduate students, a love for speech communications and theater. She has a graduate degree in interpretive speech communications and a Master of Arts in Theatre from the University of South Carolina. She has conducted workshops, developed curriculum, and performed in, directed and designed numerous theatrical productions. She is excited about the prospect of providing performance opportunities in a variety of settings for the TBC student body.

Mr. Adam Christmas

Trinity Baptist College is pleased to welcome one of its alumni to the full-time faculty. Mr. Christmas has served on the pastoral staff of Trinity Baptist Church for six years, and will now teach in our Bible Department. He has undergraduate and graduate degrees in ministry, and is nearing completion of his Doctor of Philosophy in Systematic Theology from Piedmont Baptist College and Graduate School (2011). He is passionate about educating and ministering to the next generation.

Mr. Greg Mann

Mr. Mann is an alumnus of Trinity Baptist College, and has earned a Master of Arts in Religion, a Master of Religious Education and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University. Greg’s real-life experience as a church planter, pastor, missionary and educator will greatly enhance his instruction in the classroom. God has used him in planting twelve churches and starting a Bible institute in Guyana. He remains very involved in mission work, and serves as the field coordinator for unreached people groups for Global Faith Mission Agency.

Mr. Kevin Hozey

Mr. Hozey brings fourteen years of collegiate instructional experience to the faculty of Trinity Baptist College. He has undergraduate and graduate degrees in history and education, including a Master of Science in History from the University of Southern Mississippi. In addition to teaching history on the undergraduate level, he has written curriculum, developed courses and directed educational camps. He is a member of the American Historical Association with a special interest in military history and politics.

Mrs. Rachel Hozey

Trinity Baptist College is proud to welcome Mrs. Hozey to our General Education Department. For fourteen years she has successfully conveyed to her students an understanding of and appreciation for the English language. As a talented writer, she has experience as a publication editor and creative writer, in addition to her classroom expertise. She has an undergraduate degree in communications and a Master of Arts degree in English from the University of South Alabama.
