As I mentioned a few weeks ago, we are working hard this summer to make some much needed improvements in the Activity Center.  These tasks are moving along very well and we have even started to make some additional changes that I had not mentioned in the first post on this subject. As of now, here are the changes that have either already been made, or are going to be made before the end of the summer.

• Pool table was leveled and re-felted
• A new area rug was purchased to replace the rug that was in front of the television.
• New pictures were purchased
• Ping-pong table is in the process of being re-painted
• (2) of the couches are going to be re-upholstered

     In addition to these projects, we have decided to do some painting in the Activity Center as well. Two of the walls are being painted as accent walls, in order to bring a little color into the building. This painting project has already been started and it looks great!  I will get some pictures of the painted walls on the website as soon as possible. 

     I hope that you all are enjoying your summer, and that you will be excited about what you see when you return in August. I am praying for and expecting God to do great things during this coming school year.
