TRINITY BAPTIST COLLEGE SEASON OUTLOOK
Coming off a 20-10 record from the year before, the Eagles are expecting great things from this young ball club.
Trinity is led this year by three seniors. 6'9 Center Zach Shank who averaged 19.5 points per game last year. In addition, we have two returning senior guards including point guard Zach Potter (18.4 ppg) and 5'10 Jeremey Boles. Other returning underclassmen include three Sopmores 5'8 T.J. Moreland, 6'5 Pat Adams, and 6'1 James Beaudry.
New additions are always needed in order to build a winning program. We are excited about some big additions to this year's roster, many of whom will make immediate contributions on the court. One such player is 6'6 forward Corey Roth from Jacksonville, Florida. In 2006 while at Sandlewood High School, he was named Jacksonville Player of the Year (6A). Other notable additions include 6'1 Taylor Harmon (Hendersonville, NC), 5'10 Darrin Blye (Starke, FL), 6'4 Amahd Simon (Greensboro, NC), 6'0 guard Quintin Powell and 6'5 forward Greg Mennona.
In the second semester of the school year, Trinity will add three talented players to the lineup. 6'4 Xavier Perkins, 5'11 Evan Wheeler, and 6'0 Avery Holley. Come out and support the Trinity Eagles as they head down the road to the national championship.
